SUPPORT OUR TAYLORSVILLE FOODBANK

The Taylorsville Food Bank is in need of donations of cereal, peanut butter, jelly, and tuna. They are also in need of a volunteer who would be willing to pick up bread at local grocery stores. If you're intrested, contact Mary Kay.

LOOKING FOR FUN VOLUNTEERS FOR CHRISTIAN ED!

Looking for volunteers to become part of a planning committee for VBS, Taylorsville Dayzz Parade, and other fun events for the children (and adults!) of St. Matthews. If you're interested, give Amy a call.

Shut-In's: It was brought to the attention of the church council that many of our members

are shut in or housebound and unable to attend church service. We need to know who they

are and will get in touch with them. Any ideas or people who want to get involved, get in touch

with Dean Marty or contact Kate Ware. I also encourage members to keep address, phone

numbers, e-mail address current with us. Contact the church secretary or notify Paul Finlinson at

Habitat for Humanity: St. Matthew's will be working throughout the year. please check with Kate Ware, at St. Matthew's. to volunteer.

Fellowship: We all enjoy the refreshments and social gathering during fellowship, please remember to sign up if you would like to help with setup and clean up afterwards. Check back here and in the church handout for future opportunities.

Scout helpers: The Boyscouts & Cubscouts are in need of Leaders and Merit Badge

Counselors, you must be over 21 and willing to have fun. No experience necessary! Contact Edy VanOrder for more information.
